Cindy Zarcone
Administrative Manager
As a Maryland native who moved to West Virginia in 2015, I’m passionate about health, wellness, and movement. Growing up singing and performing, I’ve always been drawn to activities that promote physical and emotional well-being. I enjoy walking, kayaking, working out, and hiking, and I’ve had the privilege of performing in over 20 musicals in the Baltimore-DC area. I’ve also sung in a semi-professional a cappella group, performed with the Choral Arts Society in Washington at the Capital Fourth, and shared the stage with Maverick City in notable venues like The Capital Arena, Royal Farms, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Georgia. Currently, I lend my voice to Crossroads Church in Martinsburg. When I’m not singing or pursuing outdoor activities, I’m a devoted cat mom to four lovable furballs.
My administrative experience spans over two decades, encompassing roles at law firms, accounting firms, civil engineering firms, and my church. Additionally, I’ve been a certified group exercise instructor for over seven years, teaching various fitness classes and holding certifications in over seven different programs. I’m committed to promoting holistic well-being and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
My core values are respect, honesty, humility, teamwork, communication, fairness, loyality and kindness.
“To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will be wrung and broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully ’round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable.” – C.S. Lewis
My role at Limitless is to help enhance client efficiency, assist with scheduling, follow up with clients, create social media content, and organize our biweekly newsletter.
Working with the staff here at Limitless has been great because we all attend church together and have the same Christian faith and core values. We act like family, have fun together, and treat each other as such, which I feel translates to the individualized care Limitless provides. This job allows me to integrate my fitness, wellness, and administrative backgrounds together.
