Doc Christa is amazing. I’m glad I decided to go to Limitless for physical therapy, even though my insurance doesn’t cover any places in WV. I didn’t want to make the drive (I already commute enough into VA for work), and I’m happy to support local small businesses when I can. So, the back of my shoulder starting hurting back in June when I started doing strength training for the first time. I was probably doing something improperly and inadvertently pulled something.
