Physical Therapist

I grew up in good ol’ Boston, Massachusetts. I’ve always been passionate about biomechanics, expressions of strength, and pushing my body to the limits. I began initially as a track and field college athlete at UMass Dartmouth. After graduating I quickly found myself in the personal training world. However, I realized that I wanted to be able to not only push myself and others, I wanted to improve my understanding of the musculoskeletal system so I would take people from injury to levels of athleticism and fitness beyond their pre-injury levels. With this is in mind I went to Shenandoah University where I obtained a doctorate in physical therapy and a masters in athletic training.

Credentials/Past experience:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Masters in Athletic Training
  • Functional Dry Needling Certification
  • Clinical Management of the Functional Athlete

“Where motivation ends, discipline begins”

As a physical therapist and athletic trainer I use my background to provide a rehab environment that pushes patients as intensely as possible while still considering where they are in the rehab continuum.

I love the autonomy to tackle my patients problems in my own way. I also love that we get a full hour with our patients. This allows me to construct a full training experience for the patient that is individually tailored, and ever evolving based on my patient’s responses

I have to deal with that to fix the inverse relationship between chronic pain and willingness to train/workout

Favorite Movies:

  • Lion King
  • The Dark Night Trilogy

Hobbies:

I love delving in research as it relates to strength and conditioning, working out, and watching anime

Patient Testimonials

Can’t say enough great things about the entire group at Limitless. They genuinely care and work hard to diagnose and treat whatever issues come up. Christa and Harrison have been helping me most recently with a long term shoulder rehab and I’ve been so thrilled with the progress. If you do the “homework” they give you and trust the process you will be happy you made the decision to let them treat you!

After tearing my hamstring, I’ve gone to countless other businesses to get physical therapy. Since I was being coached by Kyle from TPF, he recommended me to go to Limitless Physical Therapy. Upon joining, they sat me down and had me perform a series of exercises to do in order to figure out what was wrong. In that very first session, they figured out what they needed to work on. Since that day, Harrison was appointed to be my therapist. In just a matter of 2-3 sessions, my flexibility shot up along with strength. It made me realize I wasted all this time and money going anywhere else but here!! Harrison is the greatest!

Saw Harrison for a few visits to help my shoulders get competition ready in Olympic weightlifting! The attention to detail and focus on activities and movements that work FOR ME is outstanding and I would recommend a visit to any athlete!
