Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Originally from Nashua, New Hampshire, I’ve found my true home in the heart of West Virginia. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Shepherd University, I’ve dedicated the past decade to promoting wellness and empowering individuals to take charge of their health. My journey in the wellness field began within the healthcare system, followed by a fulfilling experience working for a cancer non-profit organization.

Driven by a deep passion for holistic health, I hold certifications as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Precision Nutrition coach. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition, slated for completion in 2024.

Joining the Limitless team marks a significant milestone in my career, allowing me to combine my expertise and passion to help others achieve their health goals. I’m committed to providing personalized guidance and support, empowering individuals to make informed decisions and embrace a lifestyle that fosters optimal well-being.

My educational background and professional experience have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the interconnectedness of nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness. I believe that by addressing the root causes of health concerns, we can empower individuals to achieve sustainable, long-term wellness.

My core values in nutrition are clarity and support.

“The simple things are also the most extraordinary things, and only the wise can see them.” — Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist.

As a Functional Nutritional Therapist, I delve into the intricacies of your body’s inner workings to uncover the root causes of your health concerns. Functional nutrition is a holistic approach that addresses imbalances and deficiencies, leading to improved nutrient absorption, gut healing, reduced inflammation, balanced hormones, and overall enhanced well-being.

Functional nutritional therapy effectively tackles a wide range of chronic conditions, including:

• Digestive issues
• Metabolic syndrome
• Autoimmune diseases
• Insomnia
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Obesity
• PCOS
And many more.

I take great satisfaction in guiding clients through the complexities of digestion and hormone-related issues. I firmly believe in the power of a balanced lifestyle to nurture and optimize the incredible body we are given. My mission is to empower you with knowledge and support, enabling you to achieve your health goals, regardless of your current starting point.

Working alongside my Limitless Physical Therapy colleagues is an absolute joy. We’ve cultivated a family-like atmosphere, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a dedicated and supportive team.
