Emily started her journey into health and fitness as a competitive distance runner who became obsessed with all things nutrition and the science behind how food effects the body. She went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University in Exercise Science and Nutrition in 2013. In 2014, She began her Crossfit and Olympic lifting journey where she found her passion for becoming strong. Along with a love for training, Emily has a desire to educate people on the importance of proper nutrition to support an active lifestyle as well as how to properly nourish and heal the one body we have been given.
Emily has competed in several Crossfit competitions, 4 USAW Weightlifting meets, and 5 Marathons.
Most recently, she graduated from Nutritional Therapy Practitioner School (NTA) as a certified practitioner in August of 2021. Emily’s strongest desire is to educate people on the importance of living a balanced lifestyle.
