As a brief background of who I am, I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. I moved to West Virginia in 2022. I attended the American Massage and Bodyworks Institute. I attended the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a licensed Massage Therapist in West Virginia and Virginia. I have been in the field for over 3 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, I focus on improving body awareness and body mechanics.

My core value is to have a positive impact on people.

“A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Single Step”

At Limitless PT, I address issues with pain and tension in the body. Through massage, my intention is to loosen the affected tissue and alleviate pain that may refer to other parts of the body. Something patients have to deal with that I want to help with is the muscle tension or pain a lot of us feel and cope with, my goal is to alleviate those problems and help improve quality of life.

What I enjoy most about working here is we are a friendly and compassionate team who use our expertise to help people.

    Patient Testimonials

“I’m a very active fitness professional and was looking to supplement my own recovery practices with sports massage and cupping. Shawn was recommended to me and he has been awesome. Each visit he takes time to inquire about what areas I want to focus on and answers all my questions about what I can do for maintenance between visits. I always leave feeling great.”

“We came in for a medical therapeutic massage for our daughter following surgery. Shawn was fantastic truly making our daughter’s recovery from surgery faster than even our pt doctor expected.”

“A massage with Shawn can’t be beat…he’s incredible and focuses on all your individual needs and injuries expertly.”
