Small Group Training

Small group training combines personalized physical therapy attention with the power of a supportive community, conducting sessions with typically 2 to 6 participants. Despite the group setting, each participant receives individualized attention and a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals. The format fosters motivation, accountability, and emotional support while remaining a more cost-effective option for physical therapy.

The Payoff

How Small Group Training helps

  • Motivation and accountability from the group
  • Personalized attention within a group setting
  • Enhanced progress tracking and plan adjustments
  • Cost-effective, more accessible care
  • Social interaction and emotional support

The bridge between rehab and the gym

The riskiest moment in recovery is the gap after discharge — you're cleared, but not yet confident, and going from supervised rehab straight to a commercial gym is where re-injuries happen. Small group training at Limitless closes that gap: coached strength sessions in tiny groups, programmed and supervised by the same clinical team that rehabbed you.

It's also where many of our patients discover structured strength training for the first time — with coaching quality you won't find on a gym floor, from professionals who know your injury history because they treated it.

How it works

Sessions are capped small enough that every rep gets eyes on it. Programming is individualized within the group — the lifter next to you might be six months post-knee-replacement while you're chasing your first pull-up. Train with people who get it, coached by doctors of physical therapy who can modify anything on the fly.
