I place high value in adventure and travel. I care highly about the environment, nature, and the conservation of both. Focusing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health is very important to me.

    Patient Testimonials

Definitely recommend this place! I came in with neck/shoulder problems and the problems quickly disappeared with Kayla’s help! She also figured out my posture was not very good and helped work with me on that for a month and my posture has improved so much! She even gave me workouts to do at home once I was done working with her, so I can keep improving my posture on my own time especially with college coming up. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and I had a great experience here!

I had a great experience at limitless. I came in with a lot of pain and weaknesses. Whenever I left I always felt better, and always had exercises they gave me to work on. Kayla never rushed through our appointments. She was always very good at making sure I did the exercises correctly to help my problems. 10/10 experience. I would send everyone I know to them.

Thank you to Limitless PT and a big shoutout to Kayla for helping me feel human again! I went in to help get more range of motion in my knees following knee replacement surgery from years ago. Every appointment it seemed I had something else that was bothering me and so we concentrated on what would help to relieve my pain. I ALWAYS left feeling so much better than when I walked in. I now have a good foundation to continue my progress at home. (Although I will miss the encouragement & support I received from Kayla). If I ever need PT in the future there’s no doubt where I’d go. Thank to the entire Limitless crew.
